Welcome to Academio—a place born out of a deep passion for teaching and the belief that education should be about building strong foundations. I’m Nitasha Sagar, founder of Academio. I started this journey with a simple yet powerful mission: to provide students with the support, clarity, and guidance they need to truly understand what they learn—and to carry that confidence beyond the classroom.

My academic journey began as an engineer from Delhi Technological Institute, followed by an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where I was awarded the prestigious Aditya Birla Scholarship.
Professionally, I worked in marketing consulting and data intelligence with organizations like Procter & Gamble and Accenture. While I found the work intellectually stimulating, it was teaching my three young children that reconnected me with my true calling—education.
I saw firsthand how often students move forward without fully grasping core concepts, leaving gaps that grow over time. I strongly believe that every child deserves a solid foundation—one that empowers them not just to perform well in exams, but to think confidently and independently.
Academio was built with this belief at its core: to create a space where learning is deep, meaningful, and lasting.
Sujit Kumar
Director – STEM Programmes
Sujit Kumar brings over two decades of teaching experience and academic depth to Academio’s STEM programmes. With a B.Tech from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and an M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, he has built his career around helping students master complex concepts with clarity and confidence.
After a brief stint in the private sector, Sujit chose to pursue teaching full-time—driven by the realization that the impact of education far outweighed anything he had experienced in the corporate world.
His teaching spans multiple curricula, including IGCSE, IB, and other globally benchmarked programmes, with a strong focus on Mathematics and Physics. Known for his structured and concept-driven approach, Sujit has helped students navigate demanding academic environments while building true understanding—not just exam readiness.
At Academio, he leads the STEM vertical, designing programmes that combine academic rigour with clarity, ensuring students are well-prepared for both school success and the demands of a globally competitive education system.
